Mark your calendar for a musical event like no other—monsters making music! Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Big Bird and all their Sesame Street friends are taking to the stage to share their love of music in Sesame Street Live “Elmo Makes Music” at Matthew Knight Arena from Tuesday, May 8, through Wednesday, May 9. Tickets for all three performances go on sale Monday, April 9, at 10 a.m.
Jenny, an enthusiastic new music teacher, arrives on Sesame Street only to discover that her instruments are missing. Jenny’s new Muppet friends quickly come to the rescue and discover ‘instruments’ they never knew existed…rubber duckies, trash can lids and even cookie jars. Elmo, Abby Cadabby and friends teach children that everyone can make and enjoy beautiful music together.
Like television’s Sesame Street, each Sesame Street Live production features timeless lessons for all ages. Through the razzle-dazzle of this Broadway-quality musical production, children learn about patience, acceptance and teamwork. The universal appeal of a Sesame Street Live production continues long after preschool. Adults will appreciate the high-tech stagecraft, cleverly written scripts, and music they’ll recognize and enjoy sharing with children, such as “The Hustle,” “You Should Be Dancing” and “Rockin’ Robin.” “Elmo Makes Music” features nearly two dozen songs, including classics that children will love to sing along with such as “C Is for Cookie” and “The Alphabet Song.”

Tickets: $14, $18 and $22. A limited number of $30 Gold Circle seats and $60 Sunny Seats** are also available. *Kids’ Matinee, all seats (excluding Gold Circle and Sunny Seats) are $8 for groups of 10 or more. A facility fee of $2 will be added to all ticket prices. Additional fees and special offers may apply.

We hope that you are all excited to Sesame Street here in Eugene at Mathew Knight Arena on Tuesday, May 8th and Wednesday, May 9th. We want to make sure that you knew about your parking and transportation options, along with a few other things to help make your night enjoyable.
On Tuesday, for the 7:00pm show, doors will open at 6:00pm. Then on Wednesday, for the first show at 10:30am the doors to the arena will open at 9:30 am. Then again on Wednesday, those who are attending the 7:00pm show, doors will open at 6:30pm. We’d encourage you to make arrangements to arrive early if you’ll be dining at an establishment near the arena or downtown near our shuttle location. There will also be a variety of food options in the arena
As always, LTD will be providing EmX service from the Eugene and Springfield Stations. These buses will run at 10 minute intervals until 10:45PM. Guests using LTD regular service will need to make sure they remember that the last service leaves at 10:45PM.
PARKING
Parking is available in the Columbia Garage located just west of the arena off of East 13th Ave at $10 per space.

Cans, bottles, coolers or other food/beverage containers and their contents are prohibited.
Bags are subject to search.
Weapons, fireworks, laser pointers, explosives or munitions are not permitted inside the arena.
